At ARANYA, food is an expression of land and seasonal rhythm. We work directly with small organic farms across the Mewar region to bring indigenous grains, sun-ripened tomatoes, and wild forest herbs to our kitchen each morning.
Cooking here relies on ancestral techniques — slow simmering in heavy unglazed earthenware, roasting over sweet neem wood embers, and tempering fresh spices by hand in heavy stone mortars.
